
Andrew represents clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He represents clients in all aspects of personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, including pre-litigation investigations, settlement negotiations, discovery, motions practice, trials, hearings, and appeals. His practice includes:

- Uninsured Motorist Claims
- Premises Liability (on-property injuries)
- Products Liability
- Injuries Caused by Canines/Animals
- Wrongful Death/Survivor Claims
- Workplace Injuries
Andrew has been selected to Maryland Super Lawyers, Rising Stars, for the years 2024-2026 in the area of personal injury litigation. He was also recently appointed by Maryland Governor Wes Moore to serve on the State Open Meetings Law Compliance Board, which has the responsibility of reviewing and resolving complaints involving alleged violations of Maryland’s Open Meetings Law.
Prior to joining Rensin & Rosenstein, LLP, Andrew worked for a mid-size regional law firm where he litigated personal injury, contract, civil rights, and insurance coverage issues on behalf of insurance companies and their insureds. His also had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable Paul J. Hanley of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County after graduation from law school. His unique experience allows him to see issues from the perspectives of all sides to a dispute and develop high quality resolution, litigation, and trial strategies for his clients.
In his free time, Andrew supports the Maryland Terrapins, Baltimore Ravens, and Baltimore Orioles. He also enjoys reading about history, running, playing guitar, and spending time with his friends and family.
